Le cholest\u00e9rol est le pr\u00e9curseur des hormones sexuelles, des apports suffisants sont donc n\u00e9cessaires. Des carences en vitamines, min\u00e9raux (iode, zinc, magn\u00e9sium, vitamines du groupe B) peuvent \u00e9galement perturber les s\u00e9cretions hormonales.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Le sport en exc\u00e8s (surtout si coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 un d\u00e9ficit calorique)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 et pour le cycle, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;elle soit adapt\u00e9e aux capacit\u00e9s de la femme.
