Bien que ces sympt\u00f4mes soient fr\u00e9quents, ils ne sont pas une fatalit\u00e9. Dans cet article, nous allons explorer les causes du SPM et des solutions naturelles pour mieux le g\u00e9rer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Le SPM est un probl\u00e8me fr\u00e9quent. 80% des femmes ressentiraient l\u2019approche de leurs r\u00e8gles et ces sympt\u00f4mes deviendraient probl\u00e9matiques pour 30% d\u2019entre elles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Les sympt\u00f4mes du SPM<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"docx-num-4-0\"><span>Des troubles digestifs incluant des ballonnements, des crampes abdominales, un transit perturb\u00e9 avec de la constipation ou des diarrh\u00e9es ou une alternance des deux<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-4-0\"><span>De la fatigue<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-4-0\">Des sympt\u00f4mes psychologiques : une irritabilit\u00e9, des sautes d\u2019humeur, de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Vous vous sentez irritable \u00e0 l\u2019approche de vos r\u00e8gles, avez du mal \u00e0 supporter vos proches ? Et si c\u2019\u00e9tait le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal qui \u00e9tait en cause ?<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-4-0\">Des troubles circulatoires, incluant de la r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau avec une possible prise de poids de quelques kilos, des troubles veineux comme des h\u00e9morro\u00efdes, des varices, mais aussi des tensions et une sensibilit\u00e9 de la poitrine<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-4-0\">Des migraines<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-4-0\">Des fringales de sucre<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-4-0\">De l\u2019acn\u00e9 et\/ou la peau grasse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Ces joyeuset\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre mod\u00e9r\u00e9es et supportables mais pour certaines femmes, l\u2019approche de la fin du cycle est v\u00e9cue avec appr\u00e9hension et cette p\u00e9riode peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 vivre, d\u2019autant plus quand elle se r\u00e9p\u00e8te tous les mois.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pour certaines femmes, les sympt\u00f4mes psychologiques sont exacerb\u00e9s, pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la d\u00e9pression ou des envies de violence (ce n\u2019est pas une blague), on parle alors de trouble dysphorique pr\u00e9menstruel (TDPM), qui n\u00e9cessite une prise en charge particuli\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Les principales causes du SPM<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Un <strong>SPM<\/strong> marqu\u00e9 est le signe d\u2019un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal, le plus fr\u00e9quemment entre les hormones principales du cycle : les <\/span><span>oestrog\u00e8nes<\/span><span> et la progest\u00e9rone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"docx-num-5-0\"><span>une<\/span><span> ovulation de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 qui induit une faiblesse de la production de progest\u00e9rone, l\u2019hormone dominance en phase post-ovulatoire ou lut\u00e9ale et un exc\u00e8s (relatif ou absolu) d\u2019<\/span><span>oestrog\u00e8nes<\/span><span>. La progest\u00e9rone compense habituellement les effets des <\/span><span>oestrog\u00e8nes<\/span><span>, or en cas d\u2019ovulation de mauvaise qualit\u00e9, elle ne sera pas suffisante pour compenser<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-5-0\">un exc\u00e8s de production d\u2019oestrog\u00e8nes qui peut \u00eatre du \u00e0 plusieurs facteurs :\n<ul>\n<li class=\"docx-num-5-0\">un surpoids ou exc\u00e8s de masse grasse<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-5-0\">une hyperinsulin\u00e9mie (exc\u00e8s de production d\u2019insuline)<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-5-0\">un d\u00e9faut de d\u00e9toxification des oestrog\u00e8nes, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire une mauvaise \u00e9limination des exc\u00e8s d\u2019oestrog\u00e8nes par le foie, l\u2019usine de recyclage du corps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-5-0\">une hypersensibilit\u00e9 aux oestrog\u00e8nes ou un d\u00e9faut de sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la progest\u00e9rone. On aborde ici la notion d\u2019impr\u00e9gnation hormonale. Une fois les hormones secr\u00e9t\u00e9es, elles circulent dans le sang gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des transporteurs et vont aller se fixer sur des r\u00e9cepteurs situ\u00e9s sur les organes ou tissus cibles. Pour un bon fonctionnement hormonal, il faut que ces r\u00e9cepteurs soient disponibles, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire pas occup\u00e9s par des mol\u00e9cules similaires (comme les x\u00e9no-oestrog\u00e8nes qui sont des pseudo-hormones d&rsquo;origine synth\u00e9tique ou naturelle (plantes, champignons), qui imitent, avec des degr\u00e9s divers, l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 estrog\u00e9nique. Ils sont nombreux dans les perturbateurs endocriniens) et suffisamment sensibles<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-5-0\">Un exc\u00e8s de prolactine (pour les douleurs et tensions mammaires). La prolactine est une hormone secr\u00e9t\u00e9e par l\u2019hypophyse, ayant pour tissus cibles les glandes mammaires, les ovaires et l\u2019ut\u00e9rus. Elle est secr\u00e9t\u00e9e en plus grande quantit\u00e9 durant la grossesse et l\u2019allaitement. En dehors de ces p\u00e9riodes, elle intervient pour la libido, la croissance et l\u2019immunit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-5-0\">Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entre les prostaglandines pro-inflammatoires et anti-inflammatoires qui sont des m\u00e9diateurs de l\u2019inflammation. C\u2019est la 1\u00e8re \u00e9tape, cl\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9quilibre hormonal. J\u2019\u00e9crirai un article sp\u00e9cifique tellement le sujet est vaste mais voici quelques pistes :<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Une alimentation riche en antioxydants (fruits et l\u00e9gumes color\u00e9s), en acides gras de qualit\u00e9 dont les om\u00e9ga 3 (petits poissons gras principalement pour les EPA\/DHA)<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Une activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Un poids sant\u00e9 : le sous-poids comme le surpoids peuvent nuire \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019ovulation<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Une bonne gestion du stress<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Une bonne fonction thyro\u00efdienne : une hypothyro\u00efdie (sous-fonctionnement de la thyro\u00efde) ralentie tous les syst\u00e8mes du corps, dont l\u2019ovulation<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Limiter l\u2019exposition aux perturbateurs endocriniens<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Des plantes adapt\u00e9es : feuille de framboisier, gattilier (mais pas en 1\u00e8re intention et dans le cadre d\u2019un accompagnement)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Boostant la production de progest\u00e9rone en 2\u00e8me phase du cycle (phase lut\u00e9ale) : en 2\u00e8me phase du cycle, la progest\u00e9rone produite par le corps jaune va temp\u00e9rer les effets des oestrog\u00e8nes. Pour la soutenir, privil\u00e9giez :\n<ul>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">une alimentation riche en fibres, en zinc, en magn\u00e9sium, en vitamine C (kiis, fraise, agrumes, poivron rouge)<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">des plantes dites progesteron-like : alch\u00e9mille, gattilier (comme pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, pas en 1\u00e8re intention et dans le cadre d\u2019un accompagnement), yam<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">en micronutrition : magn\u00e9sium, vitamine B6, zinc<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">de la progest\u00e9rone bioidentique, sur les conseils d\u2019un professionnel de sant\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">Favorisant la d\u00e9tox h\u00e9patique du surplus d\u2019oestrog\u00e8nes. Cela sera d\u2019autant plus pertinent s\u2019il y a une hyperoestrog\u00e9nie (exc\u00e8s d\u2019oestrog\u00e8nes) av\u00e9r\u00e9e. Par :\n<ul>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">une alimentation riche en crucif\u00e8res (choux, navet, radis), en aliments riches en souffre (ail, poireau, oignon)<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">micronutrition : s\u2019assurer d\u2019un statut optimal en fer, iode, magn\u00e9sium<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">une fonction digestive optimale en apportant suffisamment de fibres, en soutenant le microbiote intestinal. La constipation va \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement n\u00e9faste pour la d\u00e9tox des oestrog\u00e8nes<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">une bonne hydratation<\/li>\n<li class=\"docx-num-6-0\">des plantes soutenant le foie : chardon marie, pissenlit, romarin.
