Naturopathe<\/h3>\n

Int\u00e9ress\u00e9e depuis mon enfance par les plantes, les rem\u00e8des naturels et l\u2019alimentation, j\u2019ai toujours voulu faire un m\u00e9tier utile aux autres.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes en sciences politiques, je me suis orient\u00e9e vers la solidarit\u00e9 internationale.<\/p>\n

A 25 ans, confront\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 (migraines, troubles digestifs, perte de poids, retour d\u2019acn\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat de la pilule contraceptive) et ne trouvant pas de solution m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 mes troubles, j’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me tourner vers une m\u00e9decine naturelle et ai d\u00e9couvert la naturopathie. Cette approche holistique, prenant en compte la personne dans sa globalit\u00e9 et visant \u00e0 soutenir le corps pour r\u00e9tablir l\u2019\u00e9quilibre m’a paru totalement adapt\u00e9e et logique. Je me suis rendu compte de l\u2019importance de se conna\u00eetre et d’\u00eatre attentive aux sympt\u00f4mes qui sont des messages que notre corps nous envoie.<\/p>\n

En 2022, je choisis de me former en naturopathie, dans l\u2019optique de devenir moi-m\u00eame naturopathe pour accompagner des personnes vers la pleine sant\u00e9, leur enseigner les bases de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre. Je me forme pendant 2 ans et demi \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole de Sant\u00e9 Naturelle, qui enseigne une naturopathie moderne, des techniques valid\u00e9es scientifiquement (nutrition, phytoth\u00e9rapie, hydroth\u00e9rapie, micronutrition, techniques de gestion du stress).<\/p>\n

Ma vision de la sant\u00e9 : une sant\u00e9 int\u00e9grative, mettant la personne au centre et une collaboration <\/strong>entre les m\u00e9decins et les professionnels de sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La naturopathie que je pratique est moderne, bas\u00e9e sur des techniques prouv\u00e9es scientifiquement.<\/span><\/p>\n
